1 pkg. (6 oz) suffing mix
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3c. sour cream
1 bag (16oz) frozen mixed vegetable, thawed, drained
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
- Mix chicken, soup, sourcream, and vegetables in 9x13 baking dish; top with stuffing.
- Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
